Boundaries
I can draw:

I have the right to decline a commission without providing a reason.
Commissioning me means you agree to my full ToS.
Design Terms of Service
When owning my design(s), you may:
- Redesign the character however you like, including species and gender, as long as I am still credited as the creator.
- Regift or trade free designs, or resell them if they were bought.
- Co-own my designs (with permission from all parties).When owning my design(s), you may NOT:
- Resell my designs before a week has passed.
- Claim my designs as your own design (including redesigns).
- Draw NSFW / sexual artwork of my feral designs, no matter if you're an adult or not.
- Sell the design for more than it's worth if it does not have added artwork or literature.
- Refer to my designs/art as high-quality, medium-quality, low-quality.
- Delete my designs. Please return them to me if you no longer want them.
- Use my designs for commercial purposes without prior permission from me.
- Whitewash or detransition my designs.
- Use my designs for hateful / offensive content.
Art Terms of Service
1. General terms
- I have the right to decline taking commissions for any reason.
- All commissions will have a watermark that must not be removed.
- I have the right to use commissions as art examples, unless asked otherwise.
2. Payment
- Currency will be converted to Canadian Dollar and paid through PayPal or Ko-fi.
- Commissions are paid upfront, after sketch and lineart approval.
3. Process and Delivery
- Commissions may take between 1-2 weeks to a month to complete, depending on outside factors.
- If anything comes up that halts progress of the commission, I will let you know ASAP.
- You will receive work-in-progress updates, such as sketch, lineart, and colouring reviews.
- Once the commission is finished, I will transfer the art to you depending on your preferred method of transfer (i.e toyhouse, discord, email).
4. Copyright / usage policy
I, TinyWindowless (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with it anywhere.
- Post it to my social medias.
- Display it on my websites.
The buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork for merchandise such as keychains, stickers, apparel, etc.
- Post the artwork on their social media, with credit to me.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, aka making money off it in any way, without prior permission.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Removing my watermark from the artwork.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
5. Refund / Cancellation Policy
- The buyer is only allowed a refund before I start the colouring process.
- From the sketching stage to the lineart stage is the refundable period. Once colouring begins, refunds will no longer be accepted.
- If, for any reason, I am unable to start or finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order anytime before I have started colouring, you will get a full refund.
- If I take more than a month to complete your commission, refunds will be allowed.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
